We the Corporations?

We the Corporations?

Americans have lost faith in their government.

History has proved a government that isn’t trusted isn’t stable. If the average citizen doesn’t believe the government acts in their interest, they won’t support it. A stable trusted government allows for a functioning democracy and without trusted government anarchy occurs. We want to leave a functioning democracy to our children and grandchildren, so we decided to found Make It Fair, a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring trust in the government of the United States of America.

How do we arrive at a trusted government? We, as a nation, must allow every citizen from every socioeconomic group to have an equal voice in the selection of their elected representatives. By de-emphasizing the economics of the election process we will emphasize policy and character instead.

  • We must ensure economic justice.

  • We must ensure voting rights and eliminate voter suppression.

  • We must restore fairness in our representative democracy. One person, one vote. No favorites.

Make It Fair will advocate for these propositions and is always interested in input from others as to the best way to go about making it fair. If you have an idea about how to restore America’s faith in their government, please share it with us.

Dr. Stuart Phillips Founder of Make It Fair

Every day, he inspires us…

Our founder, Dr. Stuart Phillips, wasn’t just our leader, he was a true colleague, a true friend, and a true optimist. Although he passed away on February 17, 2022, Stuart’s spirit of fairness and love for our country remains our inspiration and our guide.

Stuart reached astounding heights as an orthopedic surgeon, and as a businessman, but his success never distracted him from lifting up others at every opportunity. It was as instinctual for him to mentor those lucky enough to find their way into his orbit, as it was to fight for a fairer and more just world for everyone. His unquenchable thirst for knowledge made him a fountain of information for anyone who asked. His unyielding search for truth amplified his activism far beyond the words that came out of his mouth. His love for life was exceeded only by his unconditional love for his fellow human. An eternal optimist, Stuart always provided an uplifting view, even in the face of tragedy. We honor and trust his vision and will continue the fight to Make It Fair.
